Department/Function: Business Finance | Financial Planning & Analysis Location: Noida Designation: Deputy Manager - FP&A Role Related Skills (a) FP&A exposure (b) Data Analytics (c) MIS & Reporting Role Objective: - This role will require extensive business partnerships with multiple function heads to provide relevant and accurate financial analysis to support decisions. - Incumbent will be expected to deliver value-added financial reporting and analysis. Role Responsibilities: - Prepare timely and accurate reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for the defined area of responsibility - Supporting month-end closing activities including monitoring of accruals, invoice payments, prepayments, re-classes and balance sheet reconciliations - Analyse current and past financial data and provide analysis on trends - Responsible for yearly financial planning, monthly forecasting of revenue - Accurate, timely and consistent management reporting communicating the key results, problems, issues, trends at the Company and BU level - Conduct "deep dive" analysis on key issues to determine root cause and propose solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders Qualification & Experience: Work Experience: - 3 -6 years of experience in FP&A - Preferably from shared services industry where large number of transactions are being processed Knowledge/ Skills: - Knowledge of Tally and oracle based applications Essential - Startup experience would be an added advantage Desirable Education : CA or MBA in finance from a reputed institute
