Role Details: Team/ Function Credlix Location: Noida 125 Designation: Associate Director - Credit Risk & Underwriting Key Role related Skills (a) Credit evaluation (b) Underwriting for SME (c) Deal structuring Role Objective To identify expansion avenues for Credlix by creating new credit product offerings, competitive benchmarking, and exploring entry into new geographies The role requires a high caliber person with an ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor and business excellence. Role Responsibilities 1. Designing and formulating credit risk and underwriting programs for supply chain finance using technology as a necessary enabler 2. Building scorecard-based credit risk decision models and strategies, driven by cashflow based lending approach in the fintech domain 3. Creating risk and policy structure with decent experience in credit risk function, working on conjunction with senior leaders and partners Banks/ NBFC's 4. Ensuring complete adherence of policy and processes and implementing in underwriting and decisioning of loans 5. End to end review of the Credit & operation process and provide insights on overall process for delivering strict turnaround time. 6. Strategize and partner in implementing technology to enable a digital journey in the Supply chain financing process- e.g. underwriting, KYC, onboarding etc. 7. Coordinating with external lenders for designing and reviewing credit facilities structure, design and delivery. 8. Providing thought-leadership on improving customer acquisition strategies, developing statistical cash-flow based credit models, and communicate analytical and credit ideas 9. Work with technology and business team to build out new credit acquisition and risk management capabilities and refine existing one Qualification & Experience Work Experience: (a) 6+ years of experience in SME credit with 3+ Years of experience in credit scoring, risk modelling and policies in Fintech Domain (lending, cards, payments, supply chain financing) (b) Experience in setting up strong credit underwriting processes and scale them Knowledge/ Skills (a) Understanding of new-age / eCommerce businesses, and cashflow based lending models is a MUST. (b) Ability to assess customers basis standard documents like Financials, Banking, GST etc. (c) Proficient in MS Excel and the ability to bring out insights from data (d) Excellent analytical skills and detail orientation. (e) Good communication and interpersonal skills. Education Graduation from a reputed institute MBA from a reputed institute
