Role Objective:

The candidate will be responsible for business finance, reporting on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis, working capital and risk management for business. This position is future roadmap for Financial Controllership role. Need candidate with open mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Exposure of Working capital & business finance Management (forecasting monthly & comparing with actuals)

- Reviewing of contracts & profitability of customers (new)

- GL Reporting

- AP and AR reporting

- Reconciliation closure of books vs reports

- Provision for debtors (calculation & management)

- Ad hoc financial reports and analysis

- Monthly, Quarterly closing of Books

- Related part of internal and statutory Audits - ensure end to end closure

- Bank Reconciliations

- Business vs financials reconciliations

- Work towards financial automation of reports

- Internal Stakeholder Management

- Team management

Work Experience:

- 7-9+ years of experience in Business finance, financial reporting and good experience in presentation skills.

- Exposure in Internet/E-commerce/startups preferred

Knowledge/ Skills:

- Good communication & people management skills

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- Ability to work in an unstructured environment.

- Should be expressive with good interpersonal skills.

Education - CA (batch 2016-2019)
