Senior Manager - Plant Accounting

Role Objective:
The incumbent will be responsible for the complete financial activities of plant accounting and direction for critical business units for Moglix
Role Responsibilities:
- End to end responsibility of finance and accounting function, including cost accounting, book closing, inventory management, audits, financial controls and compliances for multiple legal entities.
- Handling audits and all deliverables related to compliances including corporate matters.
- Support business from a financial viewpoint including profitability analysis, margin profiling and other financial analytics needs.
- Formulate & drive business plans / strategies for existing and new plants
- ERP implementation for Plant Accounting
- Evaluate ROI of all capex related decisions
- Plant accounting and variance analysis across products
Qualification & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in accounting within a manufacturing or plant setting Exposure to financial reporting standards, financial analysis, tax regulations, laws and any other compliance requirements Should be open to travel
- Must exhibit a comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to apply them within the specific context of the plant operations.
- Should be able to communicate in English and the local language (if required)
- CA (pass out batch 2015-18)
