Role Objective:
The Business Head System Integration will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Systems Integration business, including strategy, P&L, sales growth, solution design, project execution oversight, partner management, and team leadership. The role focuses on building a scalable, profitable SI business across sectors such as commercial buildings, data centers, airports, metros, smart cities, healthcare, and industrial facilities.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own P&L responsibility for the System Integration / ELV business.
- Lead the Electronic Security & Fire Alarm Systems division, overseeing design, engineering, procurement, and project execution.
- Identify and develop key accounts, consultants, PMC relationships, and EPC partners.
- Lead bid strategy for large turnkey & EPC projects (RFQs, RFPs, tenders).
- Deliver annual revenues & margin budget with full P&L responsibility.
- Improve project margins through optimized design and vendor negotiations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and related authorities for project approvals and compliance.
- Provide leadership oversight for project execution, timelines, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, contractual obligations, safety, and standards.
- Establish strategic partnerships with OEMs to win projects.
- Build and manage teams across Sales, Tech, and Operations functions.
- Ensure technical competency & productivity of team members, fostering professional development.
Work Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in System Integration business in Electronic Security, Fire Alarm, and ELV Systems.
- Proven track record in scaling SI businesses and handling large projects.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
