Role Objective:

We are looking for an experienced leader with deep expertise in manufacturing operations and supply chain management in the Solar and Energy Storage domain. The incumbent will be responsible for scaling solar manufacturing operations business while driving operational excellence across production, planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and quality functions.

Role Responsibilities:

- Lead Production Lines and Supply Chain set-up of Solar and Energy Storage business for Moglix

- Lead greenfield/brownfield plant setup projects, including facility planning, equipment selection, commissioning, and ramp-up.

- Lead end-to-end solar manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.

- Drive capacity planning and expansion, production scheduling, productivity improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

- Establish and implement best-in-class manufacturing processes, SOPs, and quality systems.

- Develop robust demand forecasting and supply planning processes to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

- Drive cost optimization, inventory efficiency, and working capital improvements.

- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and scalability.

Qualification & Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing operations and supply chain management, with significant exposure to the solar industry.

- Strong understanding of solar modules, cells, inverters, batteries, energy storage systems (ESS), or related renewable energy products.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.

- B.Tech.

- MBA (desirable).
