Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Head Hunting:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment through job portals, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Lead the complete selection process, including resume screening, interviews, and induction.
- Execute and maintain recruitment processes in compliance with UGC norms.
Training Management:
- Design and develop training courses, materials, and learning modules based on organizational needs.
- Collaborate with departments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Identify and define key competencies required for effective employee performance.
Performance Management:
- Drive the complete Performance Management System (PMS) cycle, from awareness creation to release of appraisal letters.
- Maintain confidential performance records and issue appraisal communications.
Payroll, Salary Administration & Leave Management:
- Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees.
- Execute payroll cycles through the HRMS system.
- Calculate leave encashment in line with university policies.
- Generate and validate biometric attendance reports prior to salary processing.
Grievance Handling:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and concerns.
- Counsel and mentor employees on an ongoing basis.
- Conduct employee surveys and ensure timely resolution of queries and grievances.
HR Policy Making & HR Strategy:
- Formulate, implement, analyse, and revise HR policies and procedures.
- Benchmark HR processes and integrate best practices.
- Provide policy clarifications and ensure organization-wide compliance.
- Develop organizational charts, reporting structures, and workflow designs.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career development.
- Design and implement attrition control and retention strategies.
Talent Engagement & Retention:
- Plan and execute team-building initiatives and theme-based employee engagement events.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse data to strengthen retention initiatives.
- Identify potential attrition risks and proactively counsel employees.
Exit Formalities:
- Conduct exit discussions and escalate key insights to management.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer and handover with department heads.
- Ensure completion of No-Dues formalities.
- Prepare attrition analysis reports based on exit interviews.
- Manage the Full & Final (F&F) settlement process.
Rewards & Recognition:
- Design and conduct regular Rewards & Recognition programs to motivate employees and celebrate achievements.
