Educational Background

- MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing OR completed a certified Digital Marketing course.

- Strong academic grounding in Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Advertising.

Work Experience

- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Performance / Digital Marketing.

- Hands-on campaign management across hyperlocal platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, BigBasket.

- Exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid media platforms.

Technical & Marketing Skills

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals:

- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

- CTR (Click-Through Rate)

- CVR (Conversion Rate)

- TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales)

- CPC, CPM, Match Types, ACoS etc.

- Ability to set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for sales, traffic, and conversions.

- Understanding of attribution, funnel tracking, and campaign measurement.

- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.

Hyperlocal & E-Commerce Expertise

- Knowledge of e-commerce dynamics and platform dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto Ads, etc.).

- Ability to optimize listings, ad placements, and campaign performance across hyperlocal marketplaces.

General Marketing Competencies

- Strong communication & presentation skills.

- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

- Proactive, fast learner, and collaborative team player.

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Digital Marketing certification/course.

- Exposure to affiliate/partnership marketing.

- Basic SEO/ASO understanding for synergy with paid campaigns.
