Strategic Mandate & Job Description

Role Purpose:

Lead transformation of Modi Naturals FMCG division from an edible oils business into a scaled health, wellness and foods platform.

5-Year Strategic Mandate:

- Scale FMCG revenues significantly with focus on branded, value-added products.

- Shift portfolio mix toward health foods, premium oils, convenience foods, healthy snacking and wellness.

- Build 23 category-leading brands.

- Accelerate Sales through Q/E-commerce, Modern Trade and premium channels.

- Create innovation pipeline and organizational capability.

- 3yr Revenue 2.0-2.5x FY26 baseline, 5yr Revenue 3-4x FY26 baseline.

- With 30-40% contribution from Health and Wellness portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth & Strategy:

- Define long-term growth roadmap.

- Drive category expansion and portfolio strategy.

- Lead innovation and new product development.

Brand & Marketing:

- Build differentiated consumer positioning.

- Strengthen premiumisation and digital capability.

Commercial & Sales Excellence:

- Strengthen GT and MT execution.

- Expand e-commerce and omnichannel presence.

- Scale other channels such as CSD and Exports.

Organization:

- Build leadership team and performance culture.

- Develop systems, governance and succession.

Candidate Profile:

- 1525 years FMCG experience.

- Experience scaling foods / health / wellness categories.

- Proven builder mindset with P&L ownership.

- Strong innovation, brand and commercial capability.

- Experience in promoter-led or entrepreneurial environments preferred.

Remuneration:

As per experience and qualifications, comparable with the best in the industry.
