Modi Naturals Ltd is looking for a dynamic and driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our growth agenda across Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh . This is a great opportunity for an FMCG sales professional experienced in General Trade and ready to take on a leadership role.

What Youll Do:

- Drive sales & distribution targets

- Build & execute channel strategies

- Lead and mentor the sales team

- Expand distribution across markets

- Partner with Trade Marketing on schemes & new launches

- Track competition & provide market insights

- Ensure distributor management and operational excellence

Who Were Looking For:

- 4-8 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade)

- Strong knowledge of the Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh market

- Experience with SFA tools & data-driven decision making

- Strong communication, leadership & analytical skills

- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial
