Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically astute Pre-Sales and Solutions Architect with deep domain expertise across BFSI operations, specifically banking and US mortgage services. This role demands a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability to identify and propose technology-led transformation strategies that enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, and improve customer and operational outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in client conversations, understands operational nuances, and connects the dots between process pain points and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate/ Support in client discovery calls to understand as-is processes and identify inefficiencies or transformation opportunities.

- Evaluate business workflows across banking, lending, and mortgage functions to determine where technology can enhance speed, quality, and control.

- Recommend relevant digital enablers-such as automation, workflow orchestration, AI/ML, document intelligence, or low-code tools-to optimize business processes.

- Collaborate with the ops / sales teams the creation of solutions, use-case roadmaps, and transformation proposals tailored to client needs and regulatory environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and align technical solution components.

- Develop solutions in pre-sales engagements through demos, pitch decks, and architecture walkthroughs with a focus on ROI and business value.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in the BFSI domain, with 4+ years in transformation, solutioning, or technical consulting roles for US clients.

- Strong understanding of BFSI processes including Banking, origination, servicing, default management, and investor reporting.

- Strong MS Office skills, capability presentations/pitch decks/proposals development, etc.

- Hands-on knowledge of tools like RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), workflow platforms, AI, and data analytics solutions.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications such as Six Sigma.

- Experience designing solutions using AI/ML models, OCR/IDP tools, or low-code/no-code platforms.

- Familiarity with core banking systems, loan origination platforms (e.g., Encompass, Empower), and CRM ecosystems.
