MOCA - Brand Partnership Manager - Influencer Marketing

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Partnership Manager with a strong background working in an Influencer Marketing Agency to join MOCA. As a Brand/Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing partnerships with brands, and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect potential brands for influencer marketing collaborations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies.

- Understand client objectives, budget and concern, make proposal to client with suitable solutions.

- Negotiate and close commercial contract with client.

- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.

- Ensure release of timely payments from the Clients

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Influencer Marketing Agency.

- Strong network and connections with direct advertisers and brands.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

- In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, best practices, and industry trends.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
