The Role :

At Bizom, finance is more than numbers on a spreadsheet. You will play a key role in ensuring the business runs with accuracy, control, and confidence as we scale.

- This role gives you end-to-end ownership of controllership and taxation across India and overseas entities. From driving smooth month-end closures and audits to ensuring strong compliance and financial governance, you will help build a finance function that is ready for the next stage of growth.

- We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in getting the fundamentals right. If you enjoy ownership, problem-solving, and building processes that scale, this is an opportunity to create real impact in a fast-growing SaaS business.

What you will be responsible for :

1. Controllership - Building a strong financial backbone :

1. Own monthly financials and consolidation across entities (IndAS)

2. Drive month-end closure with clear and well-reconciled books

3. Accuracy in accounting

4. Lead all audits - statutory, internal, and tax

5. Work closely with auditors and CA firms to ensure high-quality outputs

6. Support leadership and board reporting with timely and accurate data

7. Strengthen internal controls and build robust processes

8. Manage banking relationships and day-to-day coordination

2. Taxation - Driving disciplined compliance :

1. Own tax compliance across all entities and geographies

2. Coordinate tax filings - Direct and Indirect Taxes

3. Work with consultants and review all submissions before filing

4. Manage tax audits and related processes

5. Track and manage tax matters with clear context and recommendations

6. Ensure timely and well-coordinated compliance across entities

What Makes You a Great Fit :

- CA with 5 - 8 years of experience

- Experience in a Big 4 firm or in a company working closely with Big 4 auditors/consultants is preferred

- Strong understanding of IndAS and consolidation

- Experience handling audits end-to-end

- Good grip on Indian taxes
