We are now looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives and drive measurable business impact through advanced search strategies.
Role Overview:
- The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall SEO strategy to boost organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance online visibility for Mobiloitte and its clients.
- The role demands a strong analytical mindset, technical SEO expertise, content optimization proficiency, and proven leadership experience in managing an SEO team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies for multiple projects and client websites.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, and internal linking for higher visibility and engagement.
- Drive link-building and outreach campaigns to strengthen domain authority.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to measure performance and report progress.
- Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies proactively.
- Create monthly SEO performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management and clients.
- Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of SEO specialists and interns to deliver consistent results.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing campaigns and ensure SEO
alignment with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Hands-on expertise with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Data Studio is a plus.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
- Prior experience in leading and managing SEO teams is mandatory.
