About Mobiloitte:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in selling AI-based solutions, chatbots, automation, and IT services. The candidate should be able to identify new business opportunities, engage with senior decision-makers, and drive revenue growth in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in AI bots, chatbots, and automation solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and engage with CXOs, CTOs, and business leaders to drive consultative sales.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales and Technical Teams to create tailored proposals and POCs.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at client meetings, webinars, and industry events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of proven Business Development/Sales experience in IT or AI solutions.
- Strong background in Conversational AI, NLP, ML products, or automation tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technology into business value for clients.
- Exposure to international markets (US, UK, UAE, Singapore) preferred.
- Existing client network in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
