Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned PR professional with 12+ years of experience, preferably from fintech, financial services, or high-growth startups. This is a leadership role focused on shaping and managing the brand's external voice across media, industry, and public platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller, well-versed in reputation management, media engagement, and thought leadership, and thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and own the entire PR and external communications function for MobiKwik

- Develop and implement high-impact PR strategies to elevate brand positioning

- Build strong relationships with top-tier financial, tech, and business media

- Drive executive profiling and thought leadership for MobiKwik's founders and leadership team

- Craft compelling narratives around our products, milestones, partnerships, and vision

- Manage PR agency relationships and ensure alignment with business goals

- Prepare and guide the company through crisis communication and sensitive announcements

- Identify speaking opportunities, industry events, and award platforms

- Track, analyze, and report PR performance metrics and media sentiment

- Support internal communications, employer branding, and stakeholder communication when required

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, or Media, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or high-growth tech startups

- Strong network of media contacts across business, finance, and technology outlets

- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

- Proven experience handling media strategy, press engagement, and crisis communication

- Experience working with or managing PR agencies

- Strong understanding of the fintech and digital finance landscape

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields

- Self-driven, proactive, and strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude
