Join us on our mission to simplify digital payments and make them accessible to all Key Responsibilities : - Should have worked on CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage or any other MarTech tools. - Will own key engagement metrics across the vertical such as retention and MAU, working between product and marketing teams. - Manage planning & execution of push notification campaigns, sms, emailers and journeys. - Collaborate with team distribution partners to implement the right user journey. - Escalate and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps. - Cross-Selling - work within categories to come up with the right co-promotion offers and promote them. - Strategizing and executing campaigns around innovative marketing constructs. - Undertaking consumer behaviour studies to develop incentive/engagement programs to drive conversions for various customer segments. - Monthly marketing offers creation & basic hygiene of the vertical on the app. Engagement with the brands and sharing monthly marketing plans.
