Mobavenue - Investor Relations Role

Job Description

- Assist in development of a robust investor relations strategy, management and reporting framework

- Instill investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value through transparent and proactive communication, timely and effective reporting, ensuring compliance to Investor Agreement

- Support strategy development for on-boarding new investors by identifying and pitching different opportunities to potential investors Existing Investors

- Manage reporting requirements as per Investor Agreements

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to investors, addressing their queries and concerns effectively

- Update cash flows and valuations annually based on budget and business plan changes

- Manage and strengthen relations with existing investors by ensuring timely updates, encouraging two-way transparent communication to effectively address and respond to Investor concerns & requirements

- Manage and improve mechanisms, processes and controls for ensuring compliance with Investor agreements (incl. increasing awareness of investor requirements within internal teams)

- Facilitate regular performance reviews meetings between the investor/ PE partner and various internal/functional teams to enhance investor confidence and build a long-term relationship with the investor/ PE partner New Investors

- Lead the entire onboarding process in conjunction with the internal teams and third-party administrators

- Prepare high quality investor reports which would also comprise of cash flow & valuation summaries and scenario analysis

- Prepare information memorandums, Q&As, board notes, presentations, etc.

- Conduct and support investor due diligence and support the fundraising processes.

The Successful Applicant

- Should have atleast 4 years of experience in Investor Relations at a PE/VC/PMS/AIF Fund

- Understanding of the PE market

- Working with an established brand
