Salary offered: 7 - 9 LPA Senior Manager - Channel Management Role: Vendor Management &amp; Acquisition KPA: Vendor Identification | Vendor Acquisition | Contracting | Vendor Management Objective: The primary role is to manage our channel strategies and tactical execution for markets related to Diagnostic Labs &amp; Pharmacies. Work closely with the sales management team in each segment to maintain and grow our relationships with our key partners, develop and implement industry competitive programs. Support the local, regional sales managers to implement the channel strategy and programs. - Responsible for onboarding Diagnostic Labs, Pharmacies as vendor Partner in domestic market of Hyderabad. - Responsible to take care existing set up of distributors / dealers and their needs based on ultimate customer. Should be able to strengthen existing marketing network - Create Funnel opportunities and use our partners to fulfill the same. Carry a Good rapport with Partners and participate in quarterly business reviews with partners to evaluate what is working and optimize - Responsible for the channel communication operating plan and tactics to execute. - Work with Stakeholders across the business to implement strategy, initiatives and programs on time and under budget. - Manage the key distributor channel processes, reporting, and activities in support of the Platform &amp; Sales Management and Business Unit organizations Desired Skills: - B-Pharma / Biotechnology Graduate / MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 or similar institutes - Experience in the Online Healthcare /Lab / Pharma industry is preferred - Candidate Should have worked / interacted with Labs, Pharmacies or pharma companies - 3-7 years professional experience including channel selling through distribution. - Excellent interpersonal, writing, presentation, and communications skills. - Fluent in English and Telugu Languages - Demonstrated experience in channel management, vendor procurement in a team environment. - Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and website/mobile/social media tools &amp; applications.
