Offshore Operations (IBA, Credit Control, Compliance & Claims)

Business: MNK International- Lloyd's of London Insurance and Reinsurance Broker

Role Overview:

Senior leadership role responsible for managing India-based offshore back-office teams delivering IBA, Credit Control and providing support in Compliance and Claims processing services for a Lloyd's of London broker. The role owns service delivery, controls, and performance, ensuring operations are scalable, audit-ready, and compliant with Lloyd's and FCA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead offshore teams across IBA, Credit Control with Claims, and Compliance support.

- Deliver services against SLAs, KPIs, and quality targets.

- Execute client money reconciliation and Lloyd's Minimum Standards within offshore processes.

- Execute IBA processing, trust account reconciliations, cash allocation, and aged debt.

- Oversee offshore claims processing in line with Lloyd's standards.

- Support Quality Control / Peer review function to required Company and Lloyd's regulatory standard.

- Support internal audits and regulatory reviews.

- Drive transitions, process standardisation, and continuous improvement.

- Senior offshore contact for London stakeholders.

Required Experience:

- 10+ years' experience in insurance operations, ideally within the Lloyd's of London market.

- Senior leadership experience in offshore or shared services operations.

- Strong knowledge of IBA, client money and credit control process.

- Proven track record delivering high-volume, high-control operations in India.

- Strong knowledge of London Market Standard documentation (MRCv3 preferred).

- Strong knowledge with Lloyd's processing systems (e.g. IMR, ECF2).

- Experience scaling offshore insurance operations.
