Role Overview:

The Reinsurance Operations Lead will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of reinsurance transactions, ensuring seamless execution, technical accuracy, and regulatory compliance. This role acts as the primary bridge between underwriting teams, global reinsurers, and internal stakeholders, managing complex treaty and facultative placements. By streamlining operational workflows and maintaining rigorous documentation standards, the lead ensures that the firm's reinsurance portfolio remains robust, profitable, and aligned with client risk appetites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end reinsurance lifecycle, including contract drafting, premium accounting, and claims settlement to ensure operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

- Coordinate with underwriting teams and global reinsurance partners to facilitate the smooth placement of risks and ensure all contractual obligations are met.

- Oversee the reconciliation of accounts and technical balances to maintain financial integrity and minimize outstanding receivables.

Required Skillset:
