MNK GCS - Product Manager/Business Analyst - Insurance

Description: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in the insurance domain to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IRDAI compliance, underwriting processes and claims workflows.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with claims teams to streamline claims workflows.

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

- Support testing and validation of implemented solutions.

- Business Process Modeling Ability to create process maps and documentation.

- Actuarial Understanding Basic knowledge of actuarial principles and calculations.

- Claims Workflows Experience in claims processing and automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with insurance software platforms.

- Exposure to data analytics and reporting tools.
