Performance Marketing Manager:

Job summary:

We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Social Media Strategist & Performance Marketing Manager to lead our social media growth, brand positioning, and paid advertising efforts.

This role combines social media strategy, content planning, audience growth, and performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and conversion-focused campaign management.

The ideal candidate is someone who can develop a comprehensive social media strategy, create high-performing campaign frameworks, manage advertising budgets, optimize conversion funnels, and generate measurable business growth through paid and organic social initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

Social media strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business, marketing, and sales objectives.

- Build platform-specific growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.

- Create quarterly content and campaign calendars based on audience insights, trends, and business priorities.

- Identify content opportunities that improve brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

- Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and social listening to refine positioning and messaging.

Paid social & performance marketing:

- Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.

- Manage advertising budgets and optimize spend to maximize ROAS, CPA, CPL, and revenue growth.

- Design and execute lead generation, retargeting, lookalike audience, and full-funnel performance campaigns.

- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.

- Optimize campaigns daily based on performance data and conversion insights.

Campaign strategy & execution:

- Lead integrated social campaigns that combine organic content, influencer collaborations, paid promotions, and remarketing.

- Develop campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and creative briefs for design and content teams.

- Ensure campaigns are aligned with customer journey stages and conversion objectives.

Analytics & optimization:

- Track campaign and social performance using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, and dashboard tools.

- Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), UTM tracking, event tracking, and attribution reporting.

- Analyze engagement, reach, audience growth, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.

- Present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Team collaboration:

- Collaborate with content creators, designers, video editors, sales teams, and web developers.

- Guide creative direction for high-performing ad creatives and social content.

- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, AI-driven marketing tools, and performance marketing best practices.

Required qualifications:

- 3-6+ years of experience in social media strategy and paid performance marketing.

- Proven expertise in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and social media growth strategy.

- Strong experience managing performance-driven campaigns with measurable lead generation or revenue outcomes.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and campaign optimization skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, education, healthcare, or e-commerce.

- Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or GA4.

- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

- Knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization), landing page optimization, and funnel strategy.

Key performance indicators (KPIs):

- Return on ad spend (ROAS).

- Cost per lead (CPL).

- Cost per acquisition (CPA).

- Qualified leads generated.

- Conversion rate.

- Social audience growth.

- Engagement rate.

- Website traffic from social channels.

- Revenue influenced by social and paid campaigns.
