MKU - Senior Management Consultant - Digital Transformation

Role Summary

The Senior Management Consultant will be a core member of our consulting team, responsible for leading digital transformation projects for Fortune 500 and high-growth clients.

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, deep industry knowledge, and excellent client-facing skills to deliver measurable and sustainable value through technology adoption and process re-engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements focused on digital strategy, process optimization, and technology implementation (e., Cloud, AI/ML, ERP rollouts).

- Client Management: Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders; expertly navigate complex client organizational structures.

- Strategic Analysis: Conduct rigorous analysis of client business models, market dynamics, and operational processes to identify key pain points and high-impact digital opportunities.

- Solution Design & Delivery: Develop compelling, data-driven recommendations and roadmaps. Oversee the successful execution of solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget.

- Team Development: Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and intellectual curiosity within project teams.

- Business Development: Actively contribute to proposal development, thought leadership, and the expansion of consulting offerings in the digital domain.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Full-time MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-School.

- Experience: 4-8 years of post-MBA experience, preferably within a top-tier consulting firm or a corporate strategy/digital strategy function.

- Expertise: Deep understanding of one or more functional areas (e., Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing) and demonstrable expertise in digital technologies and their business application.

- Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong structured communication (written and verbal), and advanced proficiency in presentation tools (e., PowerPoint)
