Role Summary:

The Regional Operations Head will have P&L accountability for a key geographical region, overseeing the entire supply chain, logistics, and ground operations.

The primary goal is to ensure world-class operational efficiency, cost management, and superior customer delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- P&L and Budget Management: Full ownership of the regional operational budget and P&L, focusing on cost-to-serve reduction, working capital optimization, and efficiency gains.

- Supply Chain Leadership: Oversee and optimize all aspects of the regional supply chain, including warehousing, inventory management, logistics (First/Mid/Last Mile), and vendor management.

- Process Excellence: Implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and operational best practices to continuously improve process efficiency, quality, and service levels.

- Logistics Network Design: Strategically plan and scale the regional logistics infrastructure (warehouses, hubs, fleet) to support rapid business growth and demand fluctuations.

- Team and Vendor Management: Lead a large team of operations managers and ground staff.

- Manage strategic relationships with 3PLs and key logistics vendors, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.

- Risk & Compliance: Ensure all regional operations are fully compliant with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and internal policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Full-time MBA in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline from a top B-School.

- Experience: 8-12 years of experience, with substantial experience in a leadership role overseeing large-scale, complex Supply Chain and Logistics operations, ideally in E-commerce, 3PL, or Manufacturing.

- Expertise: Deep knowledge of network planning, inventory optimization, and advanced analytics for operations management.

- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma is preferred.

- Skills: Exceptional analytical problem-solving, strong negotiation skills, crisis management capability, and proven ability to lead and motivate large, diverse teams
