Description:
QMS Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Quality Management System documentation (Quality Manual, SOPs, Work Instructions, etc.
- Ensure compliance with IMS, AQAP 2110 and customer-specific requirements.
- Coordinate and perform internal audits as per IMS, monitoring & timely closure of non-conformities, and drive CAPA actions.
- Control and maintain documentation and change control records.
- Customer Complaint and internal complaint review and effective closure
- Support external audits (Customer, 3rd Party Audits, Regulatory).
- Drive continual improvement initiatives using quality tools (Kaizen, 5 Whys, FMEA, Pareto, Poka Yoke etc.
- Conduct QMS training and awareness programs for staff and operators.
- SCOM data preparation
In-Process Quality Responsibilities:
- Monitor in-process inspections at critical production stages to ensure adherence to specifications and control plans.
- Validate compliance with Work Instructions, Process Parameters, and Quality Criteria on the shop floor.
- Support First Article Inspections (FAI) and in-line checks.
- Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming material, coordinate NCR closure and disposition.
- Ensure usage of calibrated instruments and proper inspection records.
- Participate in root cause analysis of in-process defects and customer complaints.
- Assist production in implementation of Poka-Yoke (error-proofing) methods and quality alerts.
- Generate and maintain in-process quality reports and dashboards.
