Role Overview

Our Management Trainee Program is a coveted opportunity for high-potential MBA graduates to fast-track their careers

This structured 12-18 month program will expose you to various functions across our business, including Sales & Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, preparing you for a leadership role.

Candidate Profile

Education: Full-time MBA from a Tier-1 B-School (IIMs, XLRI, ISB, etc.)

Experience: Fresh MBA graduates are preferred, but candidates with up to 1 year of pre-MBA experience can also apply.

Skills: Strong academic record.
