Production & Operations:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and supervise production lines to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials and equipment for production.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to streamline operations and resolve any production-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production team.
- Support feasibility studies, costing, BOM finalization, and sample preparation for R&D trials.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures across production stages.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Analyze test data, identify deviations, and drive corrective & preventive actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers/vendors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Train employees on quality standards, testing methods, and compliance requirements.
Job Specifications:
- Reviewing of Raw material Stocks for R&D as well as Bulk Production.
- Supervise accurate records of inventory, sales, and transactions.
- Tracking of incoming raw materials.
- Perform regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure smooth store operations.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
