Role Summary:

The Group Product Manager will be the driving force behind a key product vertical on our B2C platform.

This role involves defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, leading a team of Product Managers, and working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional value to millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the long-term vision and strategy for the assigned product vertical, aligning it with company-wide business objectives and market needs.

- Roadmap Ownership: Own, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to deliver maximum customer and business impact.

- Customer Advocacy: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and in-depth customer interviews/user testing to deeply understand user behavior and pain points.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the liaison between engineering, design (UX/UI), marketing, and data science teams, providing clear requirements (PRDs) and strategic direction.

- Performance Measurement: Define and track key product performance metrics (KPIs), using data analytics tools to inform product iterations and business decisions.

- Team Management: Mentor, coach, and manage a small team of Product Managers, fostering a strong culture of ownership and customer obsession.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Full-time MBA from a reputed institute is preferred.

- Engineering/Technology background is highly advantageous.

- Experience: 5-9 years of total experience, with a minimum of 3 years in hands-on Product Management for a scaled B2C/B2B product, preferably in the E-commerce, Fintech, or EdTech space.

- Expertise: Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex product features.

- Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.

Skills: Exceptional analytical rigor, user empathy, strong communication, and the ability to influence without formal authority
