Role Overview
We're a leading Enterprise SaaS company, and we're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to scale our operations.
This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and qualify new enterprise-level leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
Strategic Partnerships: Forge and nurture strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders to expand market reach and create new business opportunities.
Market Expansion: Analyze new markets and verticals to develop effective entry strategies and expand our footprint.
Proposal Development: Create compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the needs of potential clients.
Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently contributing to the company's top-line growth.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Full-time MBA from a top-tier B-School.
Experience: 2-4 years of post-MBA experience in B2B sales, business development, or a client-facing consulting role, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.
Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A self-starter with a "hunter" mentality and the ability to work independently.
