Role Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical Associate to join our fast-paced Investment Banking team.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a sharp, driven MBA graduate to dive into complex M&A and capital market transactions, working directly with senior leadership and clients to provide strategic financial advisory.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Modeling & Valuation: Develop sophisticated financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic frameworks to support live transactions and client pitches.

- Transaction Execution: Assist in all phases of the M&A process, including due diligence, preparing transaction-related documents (e.g., pitch books, information memoranda), and coordinating with legal, accounting, and other advisors.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth industry and company research, analyze market trends, and identify potential acquisition targets or investment opportunities.

- Client Management: Support senior bankers in preparing client presentations and communicating key financial insights and strategic recommendations.

- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless deal execution and contribute to the firm's thought leadership.

Candidate Profile

- Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, ISB, FMS, etc.) with a specialization in Finance.

- Experience: 1-3 years of pre-MBA experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related field is a plus. Freshers with exceptional academic records and a strong understanding of finance are also encouraged to apply.

- Skills: Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. A high degree of attention to detail and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable
