Job Title: Assistant General Manager Reporting Manager: AGM / VP - Sales

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning and Execution:

1. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

- Identify and explore new market opportunities and potential clients.

2. Goal Setting and Monitoring:

- Set clear goals, objectives, and KPIs for the sales team.

- Establish incentive slabs for the Customer Relationship Management and Sales teams.

- Calculate, derive, and publish monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual targets for all team members, and create an incentive plan, for those achieving the set targets.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the entire sales team, including Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and support staff

3. Sales Process Management:

- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.

- Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, leading to repeat business and referrals.

- Oversee the optimization of sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.

- Allocate resources effectively to ensure the sales team has the tools and support needed to achieve their targets.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and submit reports on lead generation and conversion based on digital marketing campaigns and outdoor marketing activities.

- Implement new software tools to streamline existing processes.

- Maintain a master database of leads generated through various sources, analyze these leads to identify prospective customers, and provide inputs to the Marketing and Digital Marketing teams.

5. Sales Training and Support:

- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.

- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans to ensure all team members meet or exceed their targets. Implement sales training for new projects, including project portfolios and lifecycle.

- Close sales call in coordination with the Sales Team.

- Define and lead regular forums for sales to ensure preparedness and gather feedback for improvements.

6. Market and Customer Insight:

- Identify critical success factors leading to closed deals and factors contributing to rejections.

- Monitor market trends and changes in customer demands.

- Develop strategies to meet customer needs.

- Assist in generating strategic marketing plans and campaigns.

- Initiate, nurture, and grow customer relationships.

- Collaborate with other project teams to identify potential roadblocks.

- Utilize various sales task management tools.

- Monitor and review the Individual Development Plan and identify relevant training to upgrade knowledge and skills.

- Contribute to personal professional development.

- Attend conferences and other ongoing learning programs.

- Obtain certification in customer relations and sales strategies.

1. Financial and Sales Reporting:

- Market Analysis Reports: Detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Sales Strategy Documents: Written strategic sales plans and approaches to achieve company objectives and sales targets.

- Opportunity Analysis: Documentation identifying new market opportunities and potential clients.

- Goal and KPI Documentation: Clear documentation of goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.

- Incentive Plans: Records of established incentive slabs and detailed incentive plans for CRM and sales teams.

- Target Reports: Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual target reports for team members, including performance tracking against these targets.

- Sales Activity Reports: Detailed records of sales activities and results.

- Client Satisfaction Surveys: Feedback forms and surveys to assess client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Process Optimization Documentation: Reports on sales process improvements and workflow optimization strategies.

- Lead Generation Reports: Comprehensive reports on leads generated from digital marketing campaigns and outdoor marketing activities.

- Conversion Analysis: Analysis reports on lead conversion rates.

- Master Lead Database: A centralized database of all leads generated, including their sources and analysis to identify prospective customers.

- Software Implementation Reports: Documentation of new software tools implemented to streamline sales processes.

- Critical Success Factor Reports: Analysis of factors leading to closed deals and reasons for rejections.

- Market Trend Reports: Ongoing monitoring and reports on market trends and changes in customer demands.

- Customer Needs Analysis: Documentation of strategies developed to meet customer needs.

- Marketing Campaign Reports: Records of strategic marketing plans and campaign outcomes.

- Customer Relationship Management Logs: Detailed logs of customer interactions, relationship building activities, and outcomes.

- Collaborative Project Reports: Documentation of collaboration efforts with other project teams to identify and resolve potential roadblocks.

- Track target vs. stocks.

- Record leads vs. conversion rates.
