- Complete responsibility of Corporate & Plant HR, Administration and IR across all 5 plants of the company. - Ensuring HR function must align with business growth plans. - Managing recruitment of open positions across corporate office & plants. - Design of organisation structure and succession planning - Performance management including annual appraisals, target linked incentive program, KRA, KPI's and SOP's. - Employee Motivation, Training & Development - All statutory compliances across all plants - Payroll management across all plants through software - Implementation of HRMS - Cost saving across all plants - Maintenance and upkeep of utilities - Security & safety across all plants - Strong experience handling SEDEX, BRC and other GMP / ISO related client audits. - Strong IR skills: Labour management, ESI, PF compliances etc. - Local government compliances - Liason with local authorities - End to end responsibility of HR operations including successful delivery and execution of core operational HR services such as reporting, time office, attendance, leave management, employee records, background verification, pre-boarding, and on boarding employees etc. - MBA required in HR or related field from a top tier college - 15+ Years of Human Resource functional experience post qualification with Indian promoter driven manufacturing companies handling multiple plant. - Past experience leading HR & Admin department is a must - Own Car is a must - Candidate must be based in Noida, Ghaziabad or South Delhi or must be willing to re-locate before joining. - Role is based in Noida Sector-59 with travel across company plants in Gautam Budh Nagar and Baddi.
