Role Overview:


We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Social Media Manager who can lead Owvies digital growth.


The ideal candidate should know how to strategize, scale social media channels, build communities and drive influencer-led visibility, not just manage posting.


This role requires a strong understanding of platform algorithms, content strategy, and growth planning.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media Strategy & Growth


- Develop and execute a full-funnel social media growth strategy for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & other platforms.


- Define platform-wise content approach, tone and positioning.


- Optimize posting times, formats, and content structures for maximum reach and retention.


- Plan growth roadmaps and execute strategies that drive followers, reach and engagement.


- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and trend forecasting.


Content Planning & Management


- Build monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.


- Oversee creation of reels, short-form videos, educational content and engagement-driven posts.


- Guide designers and video editors on creative direction, themes and brand voice.


- Ensure consistent visual identity and messaging across platforms.


Influencer Marketing


- Create influencer strategies that support growth, awareness, engagement and app adoption.


- Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with nano, micro and macro influencers.


- Manage influencer pipelines, briefs, negotiations and content approvals.


- Run structured seeding and UGC campaigns to build trust and visibility.


Campaign Management


- Conceptualize and execute campaigns for product launches, announcements and brand initiatives.


- Track campaign performance, optimize mid-campaign and report insights.


- Leverage social listening to identify new opportunities and refine strategy.


Community Building & Engagement


- Build, nurture, and engage an online community aligned with Owvies mission.


- Respond to messages, comments and interactions promptly and professionally.


- Implement engagement-focused initiatives (polls, Q&A, challenges, contests).


Analytics & Reporting


- Track KPIs: follower growth, engagement rate, reach, shares, retention and campaign performance.


- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards with insights and recommendations.


- Use data to continuously improve content quality and platform growth.


Requirements


- 2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Social Media Strategist.


- Proven experience in strategizing and growing social media pages (mandatory).


- Hands-on experience with influencers, creators and UGC collaborations.


- Proficiency in analytics tools


- Creative thinker with strong communication and storytelling skills.


- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media or related field (preferred)
