Manager - Strategic Partnerships Development
Description:
MitKat is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Partnerships & Alliances Manager / Senior Manager to build and manage high-impact collaborations that strengthen MitKats ecosystem and expand its global footprint.
The role involves developing partnerships with technology providers, consulting firms, risk intelligence platforms, and industry associations to enhance MitKats service offerings and go-to-market capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with technology companies, consulting organizations, and complementary service providers.
- Drive joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, co-branded solutions, and integrated offerings that enhance MitKats market positioning.
- Develop partnerships with industry bodies, chambers, and associations to boost brand visibility and influence within the risk and resilience domain.
- Alliance Management
- Manage strategic relationships to ensure alignment, performance, and mutual business growth.
- Leverage alliances to generate new business opportunities, leads, and strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner capabilities into MitKats offerings.
- Support the sales team in co-developing proposals, pitches, and joint solution frameworks.
- Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Track and assess emerging trends in risk intelligence, security technology, and resilience solutions.
- Identify innovative collaboration models that strengthen MitKats leadership in converged risk management.
- Represent MitKat at industry events, conferences, and partner summits.
Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Channel Development, or Strategic Business Development roles.
- Exposure to risk management, consulting, security, or technology domains preferred.
Knowledge Areas:
- Strong understanding of partnership ecosystems, GTM strategies, and value-based collaborations.
- Awareness of global trends in security, ESG, resilience, and intelligence solutions.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented and collaborative approach.
- Ability to structure, operationalize, and scale partnership programs.
Education:
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree required.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
