Job Summary:
- We are seeking a seasoned Presales engineer with deep expertise in the Product Engineering Services (PES) domain.
- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by supporting sales teams with technical and strategic inputs, crafting compelling proposals, and presenting capabilities to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
RFQ/RFI Management:
- Analyze and respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Requests for Information (RFI) from potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs and ensure timely submission.
Proposal Coordination:
- Lead the creation of customized proposals and solutions in response to client requirements.
- Coordinate with delivery, engineering, and domain experts to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop tailored presentations and pitch decks to support sales engagements.
- Present company capabilities, case studies, and value propositions to prospects and clients.
Opportunity Tracking:
- Maintain and update opportunity pipelines.
- Track and report on presales activities, conversion rates, and proposal outcomes to management.
GTM Strategy Support:.
- Contribute to Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies by providing market insights and competitive analysis.
- Assist in defining service offerings and positioning strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, delivery, and engineering teams to align presales efforts with business goals.
- Act as a bridge between client expectations and internal capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in presales roles within the Embedded Product Engineering Services industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering services across domains such as automotive, industrial, or Semiconductor.
- Experience working with global clients and multicultural teams.
- Knowledge of pricing models and commercial strategies in PES.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in proposal writing, solutioning, and client engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
