Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Operations Manager based in Noida.
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily HR operations
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies
- Managing employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations
- Guiding HR best practices across the organization
- Creating a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting company-wide strategic goals
- This role requires strong coordination with leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR workflows and support organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Government-sector roles, and emerging tech (Cloud, AI, Blockchain).
- Handle HR operations including attendance, leave, HRMS, employee lifecycle & documentation.
- Process payroll with correct PF, ESI, TDS, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain and refine established HR systems & processes.
- Create and update HR policies based on market standards & company growth needs.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Actively manage employee relations, grievance handling & conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive and engaging work culture.
- Oversee office administration, procurement, vendor coordination & daily operations.
- Support leadership in executing HR strategies aligned with company expansion.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of HR & Operations experience, preferably in IT sector.
- Experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining HR policies.
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations & conflict resolution.
- Solid understanding of PF, ESI, TDS, and Indian statutory compliance.
- Ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in a managementor leadership-oriented HR role is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with leadership.
