Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MIS Lead to join one of the leading banks in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in MIS, reporting, and data analytics with strong technical expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and automation of MIS reports for management and business teams.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven insights.

- Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to support strategic decision-making.

- Optimize data processes using SQL for efficient extraction and transformation from various systems.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all reporting activities.

- Mentor and guide a small team of MIS analysts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Key Skills:

- Advanced Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, Macros)

- Power BI and Tableau strong dashboard development experience

- SQL ability to write complex queries and manage large datasets

- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field

- Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector is highly desirable
