MIS Financial Analyst

The MIS Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing a range of financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, financial modeling, and data management. The role will involve preparing and presenting financial reports, conducting in-depth variance analysis, and supporting financial planning and analysis efforts to aid strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, generate, and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Conduct detailed variance analysis to explain differences between planned and actual performance.

- Perform financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting and forecasting.

- Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.

- Manage and maintain financial data integrity within MIS systems.

- Generate accurate and timely MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Analyze financial performance trends, KPIs, and key business metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate financial inputs, and provide financial insights.

- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize cost efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA or CFA or CA Intermediate preferred with 3-7 years of experience in financial analysis, MIS, or related fields.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
