Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MIS & Business Financial Analysis professional to drive data-driven decision-making through business performance analysis, financial planning, management reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP, financial analytics, budgeting, forecasting, dashboarding, and business performance management.

This role will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, enhance reporting capabilities, support strategic initiatives, and improve overall business performance through data-led decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business and financial performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.

- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic and operational decision-making.

- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to management.

- Conduct profitability, cost, revenue, and variance analyses to drive business performance improvements.

- Design, develop, and maintain management reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards.

- Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time.

- Ensure timely delivery of accurate MIS reports for business leaders and senior management.

- Leverage business intelligence tools to provide real-time visibility into organizational performance.

- Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and periodic forecasting activities.

- Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and key business drivers.

- Partner with functional stakeholders to develop data-backed forecasts and business plans.

- Utilize SAP data and reporting capabilities to generate business insights and support decision-making.

- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other functions to ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy.

- Drive improvements in reporting structures, master data quality, and analytical capabilities.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

- Collaborate with Finance, Business Units, Operations, and Leadership teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.

- Present business insights, performance trends, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

- Support strategic initiatives, business reviews, and executive reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10-14 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Business Finance.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP; exposure to SAP FI/CO, SD, and MM modules is highly preferred.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and key financial metrics.

- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities.

- Experience developing executive dashboards and management reporting frameworks.

- Ability to work with large datasets and translate complex information into actionable business insights.
