About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our B2C marketing and sales efforts.
With a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience within the fashion and apparel industry, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive online traffic & engagement, and achieve significant revenue growth for a "multi-billion dollar global men's wear brand".
It's launching its product in India from Q3'25 (online).
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement B2C marketing strategies for our garment lines, aligning with business goals and sales targets.
- Digital Leadership: Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to create effective promotions, launch new collections, and ensure marketing initiatives directly boost sales and conversions.
- Content & Brand: Guide the creation of engaging marketing content and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Market Insight: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities within the B2C fashion market.
- Performance Marketing: Must have a solid 4-5 years of experience in directly managing performance marketing team.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI for all campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, using data to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong focus on the fashion & apparel industry.
- Candidates having less than 5 years shouldn't apply.
- Demonstrated expertise in B2C marketing strategies and execution.
- Must have led the Sales & Marketing function of an apparel brand.
- Proven track record of managing and growing brands in a competitive retail environment.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing software, SEO tools).
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the fashion sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- A highly creative, having out of the box thinking and result-oriented person is an ideal choice for this position.
- Experience in a start-up will be preferred.
- The candidate must have a "can-do" attitude, with a roll-up sleeves personality, and have a passion for brand building.
