We are looking for a talented Assistant Brand Marketing Manager to join our team and help power the next phase of growth! This is an opportunity for someone who doesn't shy away from team collaboration and project management. In this role, you will become an audience, industry, and product expert in order to develop the demand generation strategy and campaigns that help meet our goals. You will be responsible for all aspects of brand marketing & demand generation. Responsibilities: - Partner with internal & external teams to build campaigns that drive revenue and pipeline - Use your strategic, analytical, agile, and digital skills to help us achieve our full-funnel marketing and business goals - Define clear objectives for each social media campaign, measure and communicate program results - Generate relevant and compelling content for target audiences and build the distribution strategy across the most effective channels to meet our goals - Work closely with content, design, and product marketing teams to drive Marketing Qualified Leads and Opportunities, as well as re-engage prospects and customers - Ensure that the brand is appropriately represented in all campaigns - On-board and manage external partners such as influencers, video agencies and more basis brand requirements - Identify high-visibility events for our in the regions you are responsible for and deploy a strategy to drive impact for the brand via event-based marketing - Create a partner network of key stakeholders and influencers to grow Our brand through a mix of marketing activities - Conceptualize referral programs & identify ways to leverage our existing network to drive value for the brand - Create content for partner success to spread the word about our virtual try-on Qualifications: - 2+ years' experience in brand & content marketing - Understanding of of social media handles & content generation - Excellent written and oral communication skills, efficient storyteller (including sales content and resources) - Solid analytical and critical thinking skills with proven expertise in breaking down complex problems - Empathy for customers' needs and understanding of customer journeys - Ability to make business decisions based on customer insights and data - Experienced in analyzing marketing and sales metrics and executing programs that improves upon group KPIs - Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment
