About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain & Logistics Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement and inventory management to warehousing and last-mile delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across all logistics and supply processes to meet business goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Operations:

- Oversee daily supply chain and logistics operations across warehouses, marketplaces, and D2C channels.

- Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics ensuring cost-efficiency and timely deliveries.

- Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstocking situations.

- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth product flow.

2. Vendor & Partner Management:

- Manage logistics partners, courier aggregators, and 3PL vendors; negotiate rates and service agreements.

- Monitor partner SLAs (TAT, accuracy, delivery success rates, etc.) and drive performance improvements.

3. Process Excellence & Compliance:

- Implement SOPs for warehouse management, returns, and order fulfillment.

- Ensure compliance with GST, E-way bills, and other statutory requirements related to logistics.

- Work with tech/product teams to automate and streamline supply chain workflows.

4. Data & Reporting:

- Track key supply chain metrics such as inventory turns, order accuracy, fulfillment timelines, and logistics costs.

- Generate regular MIS reports and insights for management decision-making.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Finance for reconciliation of logistics and inventory-related costs.

- Partner with Customer Support, Marketplace, and D2C teams to resolve delivery and return-related issues.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement to delivery).

- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management tools (e.g., Unicommerce, Vinculum, SAP, or Zoho).

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Detail-oriented with a process-driven and problem-solving approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain/logistics roles, preferably in E-commerce, Retail, or D2C industries.

- Proven experience managing warehouse operations, courier partners, and large-scale fulfillment processes.
