Direct Responsibilities
1.Day-to-Day MarTech Operations
- Manage the daily use and performance of MarTech platforms (CRM, marketing automation, email platforms, CMS, analytics tools, etc.).
- Ensure all tools are functioning properly, campaigns are deployed on time, and data flows correctly between systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in collaboration with IT or vendors when necessary.
- Maintain system hygiene - updating data, user permissions, workflows, and integrations regularly.
2. Campaign Execution Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to set up and execute campaigns, including email automation, customer journeys, lead scoring, and segmentation.
- Translate marketing strategies into technical execution plans across the MarTech ecosystem.
- Test, monitor, and optimize campaigns to ensure proper functionality and accurate performance tracking.
- Manage audience lists, tagging, tracking pixels, and campaign data integrations.
3. Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all marketing systems (CRM, automation, analytics, etc.).
- Manage and optimize data capture, synchronization, and enrichment processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights to marketing and business leaders for decision-making.
4. Process Optimization & System Enhancement
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, better workflows, or tool optimization.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system or process enhancements.
- Coordinate with IT or external vendors for technical updates or integration improvements.
- Document processes, configurations, and workflows to maintain operational clarity.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between marketing, sales, and IT to ensure smooth system alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
- Train and support marketing users on best practices for using MarTech platforms.
- Ensure all MarTech operations comply with data privacy regulations and internal governance policies.
6. Vendor & Tool Management
- Serve as the primary business contact for MarTech vendors and service providers.
- Monitor contract performance, renewals, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Evaluate new tools or add-ons that can enhance marketing performance and align with business needs.
