HOESRM Responsibilities:

- Do daily outbound calls.

- Push calls in-house and ensure that business is generated.

- Monthly review in their respective region for business.

- Keeping track of top 100 clients of their region for position and business.

- Ensure there is growth in volume.

- Visiting branches on a regular basis for business development activity.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Adherence to code of conduct, training requirements, and supporting RM to achieve their KPIs.
