Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bangalore for a Sr. Manager / Manager New Business Development. The role involves overseeing sales and marketing strategies, developing and implementing plans to achieve revenue targets, managing a sales team, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

- Leadership, Sales, and Marketing management skills

- Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Knowledge of the packaging industry

- Bachelor's/masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
