- We're looking for an Associate Vice President Product Design to lead our design strategy, shape our product experience, and build a world-class design team.
- As our Associate Vice President Product Design, you'll lead the end-to-end UX/UI strategy, designing structured, logical, and intuitive financial experiences.
- You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver an intuitive, visually compelling, high-performing fintech solution across multiple platforms.
Your key responsibilities will include the following.
- Design Leadership: Define and drive the overall UX/UI strategy across Android, iOS, and Web, ensuring a seamless, cohesive experience.
- Data-Driven UX: Design for Logic & Clarity.
- Design data-heavy interfaces, ensuring financial data is visually digestible and actionable.
- Team Building & Mentorship: Mentor and grow a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, client-centricity, and attention to detail.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Client Business teams to align design goals with company objectives.
- Design Systems & Consistency: Develop a cohesive design system that ensures clarity, uniformity, and scalability across all platforms.
- User-Centered Design Thinking: Conduct usability testing and research to optimize financial workflows.
- Prototyping & Validation: Lead the design of interactive prototypes that accurately simulate financial workflows before development.
- Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of fintech trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging design technologies.
- Branding & Marketing: Establish and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in design, messaging, and user experience.
- Work closely with marketing teams to create high-converting landing pages, sales materials, and promotional assets that effectively communicate our fintech solutions.
Technical Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience designing complex financial applications across Android, iOS, and Web.
- Strong ability to design data-heavy interfaces, transaction flows, real-time data dashboards.
- Strong systems thinking and logical approach-ensuring designs align with backend financial logic.
- Demonstrated capability of UX decisions driven by logic, clarity, and structured problem-solving.
- Ability to design interactive dashboards that help users identify anomalies, errors, and patterns in financial data.
- Familiarity with UX challenges related to KYC, AML, PCI compliance, and financial data security.
- Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, or Axure for wireframing and prototyping.
- Experience building scalable, reusable design systems for consistency across platforms.
