AVP - Client Delivery Job Description: - The is a mid-management role which involves working with some of the largest banks and financial institutions in India and globally. - This is a challenging role which expects the incumbent to work with constant agility with various teams and ensure timely product delivery to clients. - As AVP of Client Delivery, you will need to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver business strategies and product enhancements. - You will be responsible for driving sales & business revenues as well. - Formulating business strategies to drive sales with current and new banks, for Mintoak products - Aligning clients on the strategies formulated in order to achieve projected revenue - Working closely with analytics to study portfolio behavior and suggest growth initiatives - Ensuring end to end implementation of deliverables as per timeline agreed with clients - Proactively address client concerns and resolve at the earliest. - Make merchant visits to get insights and share with clients and internal teams. - Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., technical, support, product) to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery. - Regular visit to clients for meetings, reviews and discussions - Gather client feedback and leverage insights to enhance service delivery and product development. Skills and Experience: - 4 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a strong background in client relationship management, sales, and project delivery within the fintech or SaaS industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Basic tech understanding required. - Proven experience managing client accounts, including revenue responsibility and sales targets. - Ability to interact independently with clients Qualifications & Experience: - MBA from a leading institute - Experience working in a fast growing fintech startup is a plus - 4-5 years' experience of managing tech sales for B2B
