Minivel - Senior IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end IT operations across multiple locations.

- Manage network infrastructure, servers, cloud systems, security, and user support.

- Oversee ERP, POS, finance, HRMS, inventory, and business-critical applications.

- Drive IT budgeting, procurement, vendor governance, and contract management.

- Lead technology upgrades, migrations, new site rollouts, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Ensure business continuity, data security, backup, and disaster recovery readiness.

- Build and mentor high-performing IT teams while partnering with Operations, Finance, HR, and Leadership stakeholders.
