Our client, a leading global consulting firm renowned is actively engaged in a strategic mining project located in Udaipur, India, focusing on operational enhancements and sustainable extraction practices in one of the region's key mineral hubs.

The consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting this mining initiative, providing specialized insights to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency. Their contributions will directly impact project outcomes, helping the client achieve safer, more productive operations while advancing environmental and economic goals in the mining sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with on-site teams and project managers to assess and improve mining operations, including extraction techniques and resource management

- Conduct site evaluations and data analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for enhanced productivity

- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, such as engineers and environmental specialists, to integrate best practices in safety and sustainability

- Influence decision-making on equipment selection, process optimization, and risk mitigation strategies

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress to senior leadership

- Support training initiatives for local teams on modern mining methodologies and compliance standards

Your Background:

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in mining operations or related fields, with a proven track record in project execution

- Strong technical skills in areas such as geological assessment, mining engineering, or operational analytics

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline

- Sector-specific expertise in mineral extraction, preferably in regions like India with similar geological profiles

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the capacity to work in dynamic, field-based environments

The project is expected to commence immediately, with the primary location in Udaipur. The initial contract duration is 3 months, with strong potential for extension based on project milestones and performance.
